Open your Sage 50 Connector and click 'Add All Companies'. This will pick up all companies attached to your Sage 50 accounts package.
Start entering the Sage username and password for each company you want to add.
Once complete click 'Test Connections' and once successfully validated click 'Save'.
The connector will start importing the Sage data and you will see the Sync Status has changed to 'Started'.
The Sync Status will change to 'Synced' once finished.
Now back on the connection set up on the Satago platform, select your primary organisation on Satago.
Tick the box 'Create new organisations for the remaining companies' and click 'Connect' - this will create a Satago account for each company you added to your connector.
Unmatched customers can't be connected until they are matched.
Multiple organisations will be added to the platform and there is a traffic light notification system letting you know the status of each organisation:
Red = connection is out of sync
Amber = data not yet imported
Green = data imported successfully
You also have the ability to manually create and connect individual organisations for your clients.
