If you are using the Satago subdomain, the Email Sender email address is used as the ‘reply-to’ address for your Reminders.

You choose and update the Email Sender by going to the Messaging Settings page.

You can also change the displayed ‘From’ name which appears in the recipient’s inbox. 

You can change the Email Sender to be any user on your account. If you want to use a different email address to that with which you registered for Satago, it will need to be added as a User. Just click on Manage Users link which will take you to this page:

Remember to click Update after you have made changes.
