You can customise reminders at a customer level, so that individual customers receive specific messages, or only certain reminders. You can, of course, also turn off reminders completely for individual customers.
To customise individual customer’s email reminders, go to the Customers page, then click on the customer’s name, then Options. You will see the following options:
Click on the “Use Custom” link. From there, follow the same process as customising account-wide Reminders, the only difference being that these changes will only apply to that particular customer.
