The platform syncs with most of our supported accounting software packages daily at 01:00am.

If you use Sage 50, the platform will sync every 3 hours via the Sage 50 connector that was installed on your main Sage machine/server. To ensure the platform can sync with Sage every 3 hours, the machine needs to be running.

If you find your Sage 50 connector isn't running every 3 hours and your machine is running, use the following steps to ensure your Sage 50 data syncs automatically.
