Find the machine where you installed your Satago Sage 50 connector.
If your IT team installed the connector on your server, you will need to ask them to complete these steps.
Click on your your programs tray (the ^ arrow on your desktop)
Right click on the Satago icon and click on Company List
4. On your Company List, double click on the company name to open your company's settings - another pop up will open
5. Click on the drop down arrow at the bottom of the company details, beside Sync Now, then select Full Re-Sync.
Wait for the connector to complete the full re-sync - this can take longer than the standard sync. A message will pop up to let you know this is complete.
Your Sage 50 connector should now be up to date!
