Along with sending payment reminder emails based on individual invoices, you can send a statement to your customers each month, informing them of invoices currently open. You can view and customise your monthly statement template under your credit control settings. The default is set to send to customers on the first day of each month.
You can change the number of days, depending on when in the month you would like to send your statements. The body of the email will include a table of invoices currently open on your customer's account. Just like the reminder templates you can customize the body of the email and the subject to suit.
