The Satago Standard subscription package sends your email reminders from the Satago subdomain and requires you to customise your this subdomain.To customise your Satago subdomain, you'll need to head to Credit Control > Settings > Email Integration tab. We would suggest adding your company name into the Customise box highlighted below:

On the right-hand side of the Email Integration page, you'll see further email sender settings. If you have more than one user on the Satago platform, you'll see more than one user as an option for email sender.

The email sender name will be the email that's in the preview when your customer receives their email reminder. Email forwarding is enabled by default. Enabling email forwarding not only ensures that email responses from your customers record within your Satago account but are also forwarded onto the email sender selected above.
You also have the option to always CC in another contact. This will be a contact who is a user on the Satago account.
